Shipping and Returns

***COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: 

  • For safety and preventative measures pertaining to Corona Virus, all pieces will be sanitized with a disinfectant and packed with clean, gloved hands.
  • Shipments will be happening once a week, either on a Friday or Saturday, to reduce the amount of times I need to go to the post office during this period of quarantine.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic wares, shipping them means they need to be extra protected and wrapped up to insure that they arrive to their destination in one piece. Usually, Over half of the weight of the parcels being shipped containing ceramic goods is packing and padding. 

All ordered and shipped pieces are packed with the utmost care. Because ceramic goods needs to be packed and shipped tediously, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. All sales made from my store are final. 

Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.
